Spring chi gung classes online

These classes will offer some online chi gung with a little meditation, in half-hour sessions, to support the transition from Winter to Spring

The time between seasons is a transition and can be confusing for the body’s energies. These 6 classes will take us through the change and into Spring proper.

Starting March 30th for 6 weeks, 6.30-7pm (UK time).

Chi gung exercises are like short movements from T’ai Chi. Easy to learn and gentle to do, they appear simple, but have far-reaching effects. They are known for their calming, grounding and centring benefits. Research shows they are also excellent for promoting better balance and increasing co-ordination.

The breath is vital in chi gung and this improves oxygen uptake. I hope that you will feel energised and more stable afterwards.

I have been teaching chi gung for over twenty years.

All the exercises can be done standing or sitting, and be adapted for everyone.

Each class will focus on one of the extraordinary meridians, including the Conception and Governing Vessels, the Seas of Yin and Yang respectively.
