Application deadline extended: May 25, 2025
O.F.F. 2025 is a three-day celebration of the flâneur — the stroller, the explorer, the passionate wanderer, a pilot in a world in change.
During O.F.F., everyone in Oslo is a flâneur. Join us and explore the hidden, the beautiful, the dark, the unlikely, the public, the unseen, the private, the fantastic and wonderful Oslo.
We invite proposals for walks, workshops, interactive sessions, performances, and other public interventions that engage with the spirit of the flâneur in new and explorative ways.
We would love to facilitate your project by inclusion in our festival program, sharing it with our audiences, and hosting it as part of our official program. Due to our limited budget we invite self-funded projects primarily.
