Anita O

Anita is currently studying MSc International Festival and Event Management at Edinburgh Napier University and has had an opportunity to work at various exciting events over the years, such as Abu Dhabi Science Festival, Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival, Edinburgh Fringe and more. Apart from being passionate about event management, she also holds a BA (Hons) in Popular Music as a vocalist and has been a music educator and a workshop leader for the past 7 years. Anita has been involved in a variety of exciting projects throughout the years as an educator (Scottish Chamber Orchestra's VIBE projects in Edinburgh and Glasgow, a voice teacher at Edinburgh Napier University's Junior Napier School) and as a performer (two tours of Lagos in Nigeria; private performances in Stockholm, Sweden; Edinburgh Summerhall with the Tinderbox Orchestra; Durham Brass Festival; as well as many performances across the UK and her home country Poland). She is excited to be taking part in the organisational aspects of this year's Sound Walk September and to spread awareness about the events!
