Clementine Butler-Gallie is a Berlin-based artistic researcher and curator whose work centers on cultural and educational exchange through artistic encounters. Her research interests include: non-material, dialogue-focused, and socially engaged artistic practices; walking with others as a curatorial practice with a specific focus on exploring collective motion on sites of division; and topics of access and mobility in and beyond curatorial spaces. She holds an MA from the Institute of Art in Context, Universität der Künste, Berlin, and a diploma in Art History from Christie’s Education and Glasgow University.

She is the founder and artistic director of The ReRouting Project, an initiative that explores walking together as a curatorial space.
