I am a walking artist, writer, researcher, coach and movement teacher based in North Wales. I write poetry, make mixed media artworks, soundscapes, podcasts, meditations and films. I am currently completing a PhD with Aberystwyth and Exeter Universities (funded by the SWW-DTP).
