Undergrowth
South London artist, Rachel Gomme co-produced “Undergrowth” - an investigation in to the natural growth amid the concrete, brick and asphalt of two of south London’s neighbourhoods. It provided a chance to reconnect with the natural within the city, and with the human body as part of nature.
• Slow Coast 500
Slow Coast 500 was a 1,200 km walk along Scotland’s east coast exploring tourism’s impact on communities and environments. Carrying and embroidering an orange tablecloth, I invited dialogue and reflection with coastal communities, ending with a walk, talk, and workshop at Art Walk Porty 2023.

Not too many Hongkongers spare a glance at their everyday surroundings as they get on with their lives, but academic and artist Sampson Wong wants them to discover the beauty lurking behind the concrete jungle of their neighbourhoods. Wong, along with photojournalist Eric Tsang, created a YouTube channel entitled When in Doubt, Take a Walk
