Bath Union Workhouse: a walk for the living with the route of the dead
This sound walk, created using Echoes xyz, guides participants through a reflective experience based on names and stories of those who died in the Bath Union Workhouse, collected over the two-year Walking the Names project. It includes contributions from walkers, live music by the Bath City Jubilee Waits, and served as a memorial during the COVID-19 lockdowns.

Bethnal Green Disaster Memorial Memoryscape
This trail incorporates recordings of interviews with survivors of the disaster and complements information given at the new Bethnal Green Disaster Memorial in honouring the 173 men, women and children who died in the Bethnal Green underground shelter disaster of 3 March 1943. April First Sunday
FIRST SUNDAY THIS SUNDAY so its time for our monthly communal derive. We'll start 2pm at the memorial tree in Piccadilly Gardens and, in a first for us, the wander is inspired by last months wander. We will be guided by an improved playing card method as it was so interesting the first time but several tweaks were suggested and have been incorporated...evolution in action on the streets! Fingers crossed this glorious Spring surge remains. As ever anyone and everyone is welcome and it is free to loiter. Please try to be on time as I can't promise you will be able to find us once we are walking as I have no idea where we are going!
