PARADE is a participatory web-based project enacting an endless virtual procession of voices. Through spatial audio and WebXR, this living acoustic monument turns global dissonance into an immersive, shared act of resilience.

Experiência No 2 was a radical action in which Flávio de Carvalho walked against a Corpus Christi procession, refusing to remove his hat. The crowd’s reaction neared violence, exposing mass psychology and anticipating performance art.

In PostAção, the artist created an oversized envelope and staged a public procession to the post office. Rejected for exceeding postal limits, the action exposed institutional bureaucracy and transformed mail into a performative, subversive artwork.

*Consequences of a Gesture* (1993) by Daniel J. Martinez, with VinZula Kara, was a participatory parade through Chicago commemorating immigrant labor history. It combined performance, monument, and community engagement, turning streets into a living, historical stage.

On March 24, 1997, ACT UP marked 10 years with *Crash the Market*, protesting drug profiteering and Medicaid cuts. Over 500 activists marched to Wall Street, demanding hearings on AIDS drug prices; 73 were arrested for civil disobedience.

4th Finale featured Lynghøj School Brass Band performing self-chosen, evolving sounds while gradually leaving Stændertorvet. The audience followed the dispersing orchestra in procession toward the Viking Ship Museum.

An androgynous figure dressed as an American cowboy will drag two plaster casts of western saddles along the parade route. The plaster casts are not painted, but left white. The cowboy will pull them using a heavy, lasso-like rope.
