The Witness Waters Story Trail, created during the Etruria Boat Festival 2021, features poems and stories about water written and recorded by festival participants. These recordings were originally presented along a towpath trail between Etruria Industrial Museum and Hanley Park and are now available to experience online.

Armidale Catholic Precinct Soundtrail
The Catholic Precinct Soundtrail is a geo-locative audio walk and meditation exploring Armidale’s historic Catholic sites through the perspectives of young Aboriginal participants from across the diocese. Featuring interviews, music, and stories, the walk traces 160 years of history and highlights the ongoing relationship between the Armidale Catholic diocese, local Aboriginal families, and the wider community.
Writing Words of Wonder – Shoreline Stories
A workshop is to help you become a better nature writer. Over the course of 90-120 minutes we’ll use two complementary forms - haiku and flash fiction - and draw inspiration from the shoreline (sea, lake, pond, river or stream) and other parts of the natural world.

Collision & Conflict is a geolocated sound walk along Hadrian’s Wall national trail featuring nine artistic commissions in song, music, sound, story, spoken word, and prose. Commissioned by Green Croft arts in December 2020, the works explore historical, archaeological, and environmental conflicts linked to the diverse communities that built and lived along Hadrian’s Wall.
