How to edit a partner/supporter listing?

WLC is a network organisation of walking artists and artist walkers. This also means we offer space for organisations who work in this field to showcase their work. You can include events and pieces, connected to ‘walking’ as an artistic practice at any time, but if you are part of an organisation which supports or facilitates ‘walking’, you can also list your organisation on WLC, and, if relevant and appropriate, associate your submissions to WLC with your organisation.

How to get your organisation on WLC?

Send a request to include your organisation. Check the About page to see how to contact us.

When we include your organisation, you’ll be designated as its administrator, meaning you will be able to make changes to your listing.

How to edit your organisation on WLC?

Visit the URL of your organisation. This will be something like this.

There, near the top right, underneath the name of your organisation, you, as the administrator for your organisation, will see an ‘Edit’ button.

If you click this button, you have access to two tabs. The first contains a form where you can edit several details of your organisation, including a logo and a URL.

The second tab allows you to add members to your organisation. To be able to add members, you need to follow them on WLC, and they need to follow you.

You follow an individual on WLC by visiting their profile, and pressing the ‘Follow’ button underneath their user-card.

How to get your organisation on the WLC ‘Partners & Supporters’ page?

Once you have filled in details of your organisation, we’ll add your organisation to our Partners & Supporters page.

What’s next?

Members of your organisation can tie events and walking pieces to your organisation when submitting them. If they do, these events and pieces will show up on your organisation’s page.
