CRS is a Turkish NGO representing more than 20 long-distance hiking trails, which it views not merely as routes, but as living cultural corridors. CRS pays particular attention to the cultural and artistic assets and untapped creative potential of the routes it represents, while also highlighting their environmental, economic, and social value.

Through local and transnational artistic and community-based projects, CRS works to deepen cultural understanding, preserve tangible and intangible heritage, and support sustainable rural development. Its activities bring visibility to Turkey’s lesser-known rural landscapes and engage local communities, especially those with limited access to cultural experiences as active participants in cultural life.
