The Fourth World Congress of Psychogeography
‘After that, this:…’
The final iteration of 4WCoP!
All good things must come to an end, and the hitherto unceasing Fourth World Congress of Psychogeography is no exception. Despite our best attempts at resistance, we’ve been eaten by bureaucracy. Before we draw 4WCoP to its official close, we invite you to join us for a final congress this October.
Our programme features the following psychogeographical treats:
films and presentations from: Pink and grAy … Emily Inglis and Rachel Owens … Ruth Broadbent … Patrick Ford and Nina Yiu Lai Lei… Wayne Hoyle … playful installations and interventions by: Der Schlingel… Helen Garbett and Bill Laybourne … Zoe Kerslake… walks with: Lydia Nightingale … Tamsin Grainger … performances by: Helen Tennison … Morag Rose… AND the official closing ceremony of 4WCoP with Aled Singleton, Carl Meddings and Sonia Overall.
Following the ritual closure of 4WCoP on Saturday night, we will pass the baton on to 5WCoP, a new venture connected to Swansea Arts Weekend.
Places are free but limited. Register via Eventbrite for your ticket.

Between Campuses
This walk is a 25 km walk between Braga and Guimarães, connecting university campuses. It reclaims walking as a daily practice, heightening awareness of the landscape. Beyond individual experience, it fosters connections, blending spiritual and physical challenges, where distance, proximity, and transformation emerge through movement and shared encounters.
