Absorb Ensemble is a walkshop that invites you on a playful and immersive walking journey where movement, imagination and storytelling come together. Through gentle somatic practices, creative games and collective writing, you’ll discover new ways of sensing yourself, connecting with others and experiencing the places you walk through.

The walkshop begins by slowing down and tuning into your body through simple somatic exercises that quiet the mind and awaken the senses. From this grounded state, participants step into an unfolding adventure of chance and imagination, using a deck of playing cards to adopt unexpected roles and engage creatively with their surroundings. The experience culminates in a collective creative writing session, where individual encounters are woven together into a shared tapestry of stories.

Rather than searching for the “right” way to walk or write, this is an invitation to explore curiosity, presence and play. Together we move from the inner landscape to the collective imagination, discovering how our personal perceptions shape—and are shaped by—the world around us.
