Walking in the countryside here around Stroud in Gloucestershire, or where ever you happen to be. Organised by artist’s collective Walking the Land, they take place on the first Friday of every month.

Here is the plan for our First Friday Walk on New Year’s Day, Friday January 1st
Hope you’ve all recovered from the delights of over eating and are now positively itching to get outside..especially on New Years Day

Once more, we’ll be walking as individuals, but together.

We’ve yet to determine the exact literary walking prompts we’ll be using, but here’s a general overview:

12.00 GMT Optional Zoom meeting to share lunch, drink a hang-over cure and briefly discuss ideas for your walk. We’d like to record this and incorporate parts of it into a video.

1.15 GMT Set off on a synchronised walk

Post walk. As usual, we’ll be delighted to share photographs, two minute videos or drawings AND some writing or recorded sound track

Let us know by return if you’d like to join us and we’ll send you the Zoom link and also the walk details in a short while…[email protected]

Best wishes

Richard, Tom and Kel
