Yoko Ono

An inter- art workshop, an audio guide walking experience based on the method of scores, combining the live, embodied, experience, the nature and the place with references and stimuli from works of art and literary texts .Our initial inspiration is based on the 1st score in Yoko Ono’s book Grapefruit: “Open and Close sky”. In the beginning, all participants will receive a small book-manual with scores, drawings and texts. This book connected with audio narratives will be our valuable guide. Within the workshop and during our walking activity we will use objects for experimentation, reflection, executive actions, visual interventions etc .Following the audio guides in our headphones we will use different postures / poses, walk barefoot, taste plants and soil, plant seeds, create maps through the traces of our bodies, activate kinesthetically and psychosomatically interacting with natural soundscapes. The element that connects the above stimuli, are combined / condensed into the following:Form, content, experience. During or after the workshop, each participant is optionally invited to create a new textbook with scores, drawings and texts.
