As we move into the colder, darker months, we’ll be thinking about how we can manage our Energy. What gives you energy and what drains you?
You will need:
Access to Zoom on your phone
A park or quiet streets to wander in
A desire to get some space just for you, to feel good and to try something a bit different (that’s also really easy and comfortable to engage with)
Download the Zoom app on your phone, put in your earbuds, login to Zoom, say hello before switching off the camera, and pop the phone in your pocket
Fully charge your phone
Dress for the weather and take care of yourself as you walk
