THE WALKS. A SERIES OF SOUND JOURNEYS THROUGH THE ANCARES LUCENSES
A group of theater, documentary film, poetry, and music artists produced six soundwalks in some of the most magical spaces of the Ancares Mountains of Lugo.
Six chapters, each written by a different author, blending documentary and fiction to delve deeper into the knowledge of this Biosphere Reserve, its culture, and the feelings of its inhabitants.
in words of his author, Avelina Pérez:
The Grobos don’t need words; they don’t require them. Perhaps it’s us who seek text to integrate ourselves, to find a place, establish a pact of coexistence, and play with what alters and amazes us. To tame, in some way, the mirror of our smallness. Here, meanings frame our insignificance. The proposal of this journey is a game in search of an alliance in which we question our power. The Grobos have been and will be; you and I are merely passing through.
