My coaching work is a bit different. I create coaching walks that recharge you, your team or your community. The walks are in person or online.

Walking is fantastic for our mental and physical health. My walks go a step further to give you space to breathe and think, new perspectives and ways to connect plus time to explore your resilience.

The walks are ideal to bond groups, support people experiencing work stress and nurture wellbeing. Come as you are. Leave feeling recharged, connected and ready for any challenges ahead.
