Christine Hume’s fifth book is a collection of essays, Everything I Never Wanted to Know (Ohio State University Press, 2023), which includes two fictionalized nonfiction walking tours. With Anna Maria Hong, she co-edited Traversals: A Folio on Walking for The Hopkins Review 16.3. She has taught creative classes on walking since 2008 at the Disquiet: International Literary Program in Lisbon, Naropa School of Disembodied Poetics, and Eastern Michigan University, where she is tenured faculty.
