Crystal Chan is an award-winning artist, film critic and professor of new media dedicated to telling new stories in new ways. In 2023-2024 she was artist-in-residence at the Can Serrat International Art Residency (Spain) and the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity (Canada). Eighty Thousand Steps is a Webby Award finalist and her directorial debut.
