During July and August 2021, we ran a writing competition in which we asked people to submit poetry or prose for 250 words or under on the theme of “Walking and Listening”. Listed under this category, are those submissions chosen by our volunteer judges as of such quality as to be included in a long list. Within these entries, are the shortlisted pieces that will also appear in a limited illustrated chapbook anthology that we will publish early in September 2021.
