Chloe Valerie Nature Art

It’s safe to say that I’m obsessed with nature. Writing aChloe Valeriebout it, learning about it, drawing it and, most of all, being in it! I find it comforting, astounding and invigorating in equal measure.

Through my work, I hope to open people’s eyes, hearts and minds to nature, so that they can appreciate the beauty around them and care about the conservation issues that our wildlife faces. We are a part of nature, and our detachment from it in this modern world is the reason we struggle, physically and mentally. I hope to repair these bonds.

I’ve written many pieces on nature, the environment, conservation, sustainability, wildlife, mindfulness, mental health and well-being. I’ve also written nature journals and poetry about my local flora and fauna, and sketched and painted them, too.

In 2021, I was the Creative Manager and Editor for the Volume 3 ‘Forests’ issue of Bloom in Doom Magazine. Please see the ‘Bloom in Doom Magazine’ tab for more information.
