Alban Low
From leaving art college in the 1990s, like many artists it was a matter of survival, trying to earn enough while finding time to work. I worked at Kingston College and Brunel University as a drawing lecturer; travelling around signwriting blackboards and decorating houses.
Around 2000 I moved to France for 4 years, painting and drawing full time. Initially the small village of Cambieure, Aude took me in and then I bought a small house in nearby Limoux.
I was luckily enough to meet my wife Natalie in 2002. We live in South-West corner of London with our two children Effie and Jack (when they are at home).
