Carola Boehm is Professor of Arts and Higher Education at Staffordshire University and is the co-lead of its C3 Research Centre for Creative Communities and Creative Industries. She co-leads the ACE funded Create Place leadership programme for cultural and creative professionals. She holds degrees in music, computer science and electrical engineering. Her most recent research considers the role that universities play in our creative society, including Culture 3.0 concepts applied to the creative industries, partnership models and creative innovation for second order cities.
