Walk in time

ROAD

Based on his long-term performance Walk in Time, in which Daniel Beerstecher walked the marathon distance of 42.2 km in 60 days in meditative slow-walk, he will offer a 2-hour workshop. He will teach practices of mindful walking in public spaces and give introductions to the meditative slow-walk, which is based on Zen Buddhist walking meditation. In addition to his artistic practice, Daniel is a mindfulness and meditation teacher. For information about the Walk in Time performance, visit: https://walk-in-time.de
