Discover the town of Dulverton through the voices of those who lived there. These guided audio tours are inspired by the voices of past residents from within the Exmoor Oral History Archive. The tours were created by poet and storyteller Christopher Jelley as part of the Unlocking Our Sound Heritage project to preserve Britain’s sound archives. The original recordings and interviews, now part of the British Library Collection, took place during the turn of the millennium by Birdie Johnson.
There are two trails, clockwise and anti-clockwise each takes about an hour.
