Walk the new year in with a difference!

POSTPONED – a new date will be announced shortly

Does January feel endless and stodgy?

Want to kickstart fun into January?

Walk this way! Step into fresh thinking this January.

Harness the vitality of walking with the power of journaling.

No experience of journaling necessary. Just a curiosity to see how walking in your location – beach, street, park, other – with inspiring words from poems and stories can stimulate your thinking. Pause on location for a set journaling exercise, then share reflections online.

3 Steps to Fresh Air Thinking:

Step 1: Zoom warm-ups at 10am   (GMT UK time)

Step 2: Outdoor walk with journaling exercise

Step 3: Zoom sharing at 12pm (GMT UK time)

Benefits

  • Energised through fresh air, exercise, fresh thinking and free writing
  • Satisfied at trying something new
  • Boosted creativity and sense of connection by sharing with others
  • Inspired to start a healthy, cost-free, creative habit for 2024!
